On this Episode, I am joined by another new friend of mine who I met back in San Fran just over a month ago after one my sessions at the NAR Conference and Expo.
Low and behold we of course connected on social media, and as any of us should be doing, I tapped in a little deeper to learn about what he's up to in this Real Estate industry of ours.
As he coins himself 'Coach Kyle Draper', it led me to his website where I realized that this guy and I have some very similar thinking when it comes to helping Realtors be more successful.
In fact, like myself, he spends his days being “a breath of fresh air” the real estate industry desperately needs. I mean, I like to help you take the sub conscious from the back of your mind and slap it on your forehead so you can make sense of it all...but hey someone's got to do it. ;)
All too often we are so concerned about what others think, how they're going to react, what they're going to say, how we're going to look and sound...what if they don't like me? Or when it comes to spending money implementing new marketing, often there is not enough research put into it all to really know if it will work, and then there is no plan to actually make it work.
As I say "money is not the solution to complacency", he says "convenience doesn't make you money". Like I said, one in the same.
On this Episode Kyle Draper and I cover off why convenience and complacency will get you nowhere, and we dig into what you can do on social media, and even video to get over your fear of putting yourself out there, and truly start to leverage these free technologies we carry around in the palm of our hands to build your brand, and put yourself in the right place at the right time.
