She serves as Regional Vice President at RE/MAX Canada, overseeing strategic growth and operations across all provinces, with the exception of the independently owned Quebec region.
In her role, she works closely with the Western Canada Regional team and the Ontario-Atlantic Canada Region team to build a cohesive, national franchising strategy that includes recruiting, retention and operational consulting.
She began her RE/MAX career in 2010 with sub-master franchisor RE/MAX INTEGRA. Working her way up the ranks within the Operational department, in 2016 she was named Director of Operations, overseeing day-to-day operations relating to administration, membership, billing and collections, business intelligence and franchising.
She understands the importance of creating a healthy culture of productivity, customer service and professional development, always encouraging her team to leverage the power of the RE/MAX brand and resources to the RE/MAX network.
